Dulces de guisante; interesante.

Tomando una cerveza en Grácia, le pregunté a Kaoru qué tipo de dulces había en su pueblo y me respondió esto.

- "Nowadays although Japanese are used to eat western sweets, the zunda is still a memory of the taste of the region for the Miyagi people..."
- "In Japan they consume many sweets made from beans. The most popular beans are "azuki", small and red beans.
While the "azuki" sweets are eaten in the whole of Japan, the "zunda" is the tipical beans paste made with green soybeans and sugar in the north part, especially Miyagi prefecture.
People eat this zunda paste with a rice cake(it is like sticky gnocchi."
